Our General Property Cleaning considers all highly trafficked areas that need daily maintenance. Touch points generally include, all floors, all surfaces, chairs, appliances, keyboards, monitors, restrooms, telephones, water fountains and elevators. Our regimen generally includes but is not limited to;
Dust shelves, cabinets, and other hard surfaces
Vacuum or sweep and mop floors
Empty trash receptacles, wipe them down, and replace liners
Dust computer monitors and keyboards, as well as other computer equipment
Wipe window glass and any other glass surface
Clean bathrooms
(Daily Cleaning rates start at 11 cents/Square Foot).

Dependability
It takes a lot of trust to be able to depend on people to do their work when you aren't there to witness it happening. You can never be sure how dependable someone new will be with working late hours or how long someone may last on a late shift. We were looking for consistency and dependability - which a lot of companies will tell you they excel at, but in reality is very difficult to sustain.
